I'm in Verdisti, in the Ducal Inn. I can't find Afrasam in the Ducal Inn. I have a letter to deliver to him. Where is he?

Afrasam is the bartender, usually behind the bar towards the back wall. See attached image . . . =)
Edit : Added second shot for interior view. I remembered as a new arrival in Verdisti . . . I was exploring and went back to the wrong building (Leptine's Market). . . thinking it was the Ducal Inn . . . and couldn't find him either.

There must be 2 bartenders, cause I know I talked to Rob behind the bar to join the thieves guild. I'll check. Thanks!
