I have 2 PCs at home and I wanna play original sin 2 with my brother.
do I need to buy two copies? or is there a way to play with just one?

Then you each should have a copy.

The terms and conditions from GOG allow you to have the game installed on multiple PCs in your household.

So, technically, you can install the game on two PCs in your house, and have a friend play with you multiplayer COOP.

I assume you will not be able to launch the second game through GOG Galaxy, and you will need to use the direct connection using the IP address of the host PC (whichever is stronger).
