I used google and cheched other forums...only found the question several times but without a solution...

Soo..the topic says it all....what is a ambassdor with espionage/counter-skills doing, as far as i could check...the difficulty off intelligence mission against the race with the spy-ambassdor is not lowered.

Do they gather information by themselves?
Overall i have no idea what they do and if they are usefull in any way.
