What is yours favourite unit in Disciples 1?

In my opinion Undead's Ghosts are the best. Thanks to this unit i won so many battles.

In other hand Werevelves are one of the greatest unit in this game. Werewolf has only one level so you don't need to develop him, he can be put into your armie in any time and do great job and he's weapon proof. A little expensive, but worth it!

For defense I don't think that you can beat the Empire's Patriarch, or in his simpilest form the healer. He has changed the tide of many a battle for me. Sometimes I even felt invulnerable with him.

Offensively there isn't I unit I loved more than the green dragon merc. unit you can buy. Whoa baby this guy can do so much damage to everyone on the opposite side and he has tremendous hit points which make him damn tough to take out.

If I can't choose a merc unit then I'd have to go with the Mounain Clans Veteran. These dwarves are so tough it doesn't matter what is standing on the front line they'll chew threw it and make the units on the back line tremble with fear. I had a couple of these with my fighter leader and some help on the back line and the squad was unbeatable.

The greatest looking unit for me is Legions' Anti-Paladin. Too bad his power is just mediocre.
Favorite unit for it's usefulness? Let me think... I guess Gargoyles are great, especially when they reach second level at least. 60 armor, immunity to poison and mind ward... Just a great tank/archer.
