As the title says. Original diablo doesn't have any more challenges for me, but I'd like to finish The Hell 1 mod, get through all the difficulties. I have a 21 Paladin and 27 Scout and I'm looking for teammates to play with in the evening hours, I'm GMT+1. I have Hamachi and Game Ranger and I've played even with american-based players before, so ping shouldn't be an issue.

If you opened this topic and it's the first time you heard about The Hell, it is a Diablo mod which tries to stay true to the original dark atmosphere of Diablo 1, while fixing the game's bugs and making the game harder and better.

I would be eager to play with you.

But the problem for the time being is that I lost my old saves from The Hell mod, so I'd have to start almost from scratch. Perhaps I'm wrong but AFAIK once you reach a certain level you're no longer allowed to play the previous (easier) difficulty levels. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You should check out the discord channel for Thehell 2 or even the diablo discord, it can be handier and easier to setup multiplayer together as there is a subchannel within it just for multiplayer and voicechat . Most people involved with thehell 1 have moved to thehell 2 server though it seems like.

That's exactly the reason I'm not on that discord anymore :) It seems everyone has already moved on to TH2.
I didn't know there's a dedicated diablo discord. Anyway I was able to find a hamachi group already.
