Yes. That is part of why Blizzard so severely crippled real Diablo clients on battle.net years ago, by restricting them to a tiny subset of available chat channels. The game has no serial key system, so Blizzard had no reliable way to ban abusive users, and decided to cripple the interface for every Diablo user instead.

Damn, it's a pity because this is great game and meanwhile Diablo 1 battlenet is dead as hell.
