drew0987: I just spent a frustrating hour trying to disable f1 b/c whenever I pressed it on this laptop it would minimize my game and take me to a google page called "how to get help in windows 10." It took forever to solve that.

Then I spent way too much time trying to set up hotkeys for spells. I finally did it, but it required me to hold down the "fn" key before pressing f5. Then when I pressed f5, nothing happened. I have to hold down "fn" and then press f5 to switch to the spell, which defeats the purpose of the hotkey.

I thought for sure I wouldn't have to post about this. Someone would have posted earlier, certainly. Nope. Really, none of you had this problem?

Gabelvampir: As the others said, it's not a problem of the game, it's something your laptop does.
Does your laptop has a "Fn lock key"? Lenovo ThinkPads i.e. have the Fn lock key on Esc, if you press Fn and Esc the F-Keys and so on behave like on every other keyboard, and to trigger the special functions you'd have to press Fn with them.
