How do I run the game in hi-res mode and/or in Hellfire mode? Upon trying hi-res mode, it just opens and closes. In Hellfire mode it reduces my resolution drastically then hangs (Requires CTRL+Shift+Esc, type "hell", ALT+e, to get my computer back).

I can't seem to find anyone else with this exact issue. I looked for log files, found none. I tried launching from CMD, but it dumps no output at all.
