I forwarded all the ports listed and every single time I click on Battle.net, it says there is a new version of the Battle.net software available, and then it says it has successfully downloaded the update, and the application will restart. I click "OK" and the game closes and a pop-up for Blizzard Updater v2.24 pops up that says "This program is used to upgrade programs through battle.net and does not need to be run." and that is literally all it will ever do, no matter how many times I click on it.
Пробросить порт это половина дела, надо еще открыть порты в системе в брандмауэре.

You have the same issue my friend has. Essentially you are connecting to wrong battle.net gateway which should say "global" and not "Europe/US/anything like that". We don't have solution for this yet.
