I want to install HDTP/NewVision/etc...which order do I install them in?

I installed GOTY edition and ran it once to test it but now what?

Also might install the NYC hell's kitchen map Boct also provided to get music back. I guess I should do this before adding the other stuff right?

Also any other mods that I should use to just improve the basic gameplay while not changing anything story-wise, and in what order?

HDTP then New Vision, use Kentie's Launcher to put them in the right launch order.

I don't want shifter for now(since it adds new stuff) or enhanced(as it needs shifter to run).....will I be able to just use the other mods by themselves following the same order?
