It has been a while since i played the previous part so i don't remember what everything does or looks like. Is there some way to get info on items in your inventory?

Also sorry if this topic exists somewhere but due to some url encoding bug i can't search for anything but single words at a time which is useless most of the time.

There's a simple way to get the description of the items. Just open your inventory and select the item you want, when you click on it a menu will appear to the right side (with an effect and some delay), you will see the option to examine there.
If you are playing with a gamepad just select the item and press Y (xbox) or, I don't know if you can use a PS controller here, but I suppose that if you can, it will be the triangle button.
