Hey gang.
D1 is the reason I bought my first computer, I still have the disk. Does the GOG version work with 64bit Vista? I would desperately love to play again.

hey i have descent 1 and i am having trouble with multi player.

when i click on multi player and then either host a game or join a game it says that no active ipx driver is found.

i have already done the network connection thing where you make a protocol and set its frame rate.

is there another thing that i am not doing?
i've seen other people with this prob and they seem to get it to work.

i am running win xp sp3 profesional.
i have dosbox and that part is working fine, its just the multi player thing that i'm having trouble with.

is there some program that solves this or some other thing or something???

Google D1/2x Rebirth and you can run D1/2 original without using DOSBOX even on Win 7 64bit like I do.
