Has anyone gotten the minimap to work with OpenGL? I'm using an 8800 GTS w/OpenGL on Windows 7 with the game running in XP com. mode. When I go to use the minimap, I get a black screen with the game still running. I can exit out of the minimap (I guess) and return to game.

I agree, the automap function on Descent 3 is quite useless. I'd like to have an automap mod myself. Anybody?
