I read about this game in a gaming magazine last year and immediately liked it. But I just don't know should I buy it now since it is early access. Will it change a lot content wise with version 1.0? I feel like I'm missing out a lot on content if buying early access games.

It's pretty far from finish still, with about 10 hours of gameplay currently and not much replayability. I don't know if it'll change a lot but there will be added a lot. Since it's fairly linear, story-driven game with not that much side activities I'd say experience would be best when playing it as complete product instead of waiting for another chunk being added every couple months.
