Hi all

I've already reached chapter 6 and checked out the side mission overview. Some missions are available at chapter 2~4 already. But I don't remember having any chance to complete them so early. Just following the main story line. When I moved too far away from the Sheriff McLaine and his deputy Emily, I got the choice to get rid of them and proceed alone. But I don't want to do that. Does it affect later events?

Is there any point when you prefer to finish some side quests? Currently I really have no clue. Should I leave the main "quest" aside? They told me there's a meeting in the town hall in the afternoon 3~5 p.m. What happens if I don't appear, can I also go one day later at the same time of the day?

Some advice would be appreciated. Thank you!
This is entirely IIRC so apologies in advance if I'm wrong. I don't think I am.

There's no time limit beyond the times when you can do certain things. You can do pretty much everything at your own pace. Emily and George might act annoyed *initially* but they'll wait for you as long as possible until you're ready. (I suppose you might miss out on some dialogue with them in the car, while traveling to locations but you can just park your car somewhere and wait for that to finish and then dump them.) This goes for all "timed events". It doesn't affect anything.

As for the side missions. Just start doing them. Doesn't really matter.

Some of them need requirements like emily's, which needs to be on a rainy night.
You pretty much to replay through the game to get them all, but almost all of them are reachable during playing normally.
