after applying the "PhysX fix" (removing then installing old Physx) and copying loader.dll to game directory), I always got a crash immediately on starting the game.

I've fix this with following compatibility settings for dp.exe & dplauncher.exe:
- WinXP-SP2
- disable HiDPI
- run as Admin
