So I maxed this out, 165hz refresh no vsync no frame limiter, and the stutters were insane, completely unplayable. I was close to asking for a refund. I can run Cyberpunk 2077 with 2 rays and 4 bounces in Overdrive RTX. everything else maxed out 1440 without breaking a sweat. So thins game not working confused the hell out of me.

The fix was to turn on V-Sync in the in-game options... smooth as butter, no issues anywhere, cutscenes, high mod density, riding the bike, it was like glass, runs so good after that!
