Hello. is anyone visiting this forum? i don't see any updates from players or devs so i wonder if anyone is still playing this on GOG...

is anuone playing it or was the game abandoned?

Not abandoned afaik.

A friend has 150 hours played on gog version. I'm considering buying.

I'm playing it. I've played several scenarios. I'm a bit frustrated with it though. All games ended like my current game:

I had 150 citizens. Plenty of food for humans and livestock, although straw is becoming a problem. I need 1 more level in IRON AGE then it's steel. Close to the end of the game.

End of fall. Straw was almost zero, it recovers from the harvest. Winter sets in, suddenly, my livestock start starving/dying, and people start dying of dehydration even though they're walking next to a river? Next, despite the abundance of food, citizens start starving, 5 at a time!

Then livestock gets marked for slaughter. Adult age livestock that are not above the limits set. No reason for it. Can't undo it.

Anyone know what is going on?

I've been playing the game every now and than for a longer period now. a total of 150 hours. It's always fun for me :)

The Dev. have stated in a post in the steam forums, that DoM game is considered complete. They watch the forums and will look into errors, but that's about it. They are currently working on there newest game.
