How am i supposed to keep track of quests? Especially the item hunt or monster kill ones?

This game unfortunetaly doesn´t have any proper quest log. Only thing you have is log of all conversations you did with NPCs and through it you can find what you need to.

The only quest log in this game is one you make yourself by pen and paper or in some text file.
