I have an HP AMD Athlon Dual Core, 3G Ram. w/Win XP and the wireless HP keyboard that came with the computer. DS1 is fine until I got to the part where Eona was kidnaped and the first of Ramirez' demands is to scan the satellite with the onboard scanner with the "use" key"!!!??? I have no Idea what that is, the "use" key, that is. I tried everything possible, did anybody have this problem? I'm going to start a new game anticipating the answer Thanks very much in advance!

The F key is the use key by defualt, If I remember right it may bring up a menu on the right side of the screen with icons you can press to do what you want. If it doesn't work try getting close to the satellite before trying to scan it and make sure you have it selected as a target. You may or may not have to buy a scanner from a space station but if you already have one you should be good.

No problem, come back and tell me if it all works ok for you.
Yup, it's the F key, but the menu appears in the middle of the screen. 1Maldek3, if you're still around you should mark Ralackk's first post as the solution. =)
