hi all,
when trying to launch darkstar one, i just get a black screen, nothing is responding anymore (even e.g. NUM lock key on keyboard).
im running a workstation setup:
2x XEON 3 ghz,
12 gb ram,
2x nvidia 285GTX (not in SLI mode, used for 3+ monitors attached)
vista 64bit
the harddrive seems to be active after game launch, but nothing comes up, etc,
only way to resolve it is to hit the reset button.
i tryed:
* disabling all addition monitors
* copying the nvidia patch in the directory
* copying the 2 dlls in the directory (otherwise the game wont launch)
anyone else experienced that kind of issue?

it seems that the problem relates to the comodo firewall / antivirus..
if i disable it , it runs..

You can play with Comodo running by adding the executables to My Own Safe Files. From the main window click on Defense+, then on My Own Safe Files. Click on Add to the right and choose Browse Files. Check the box at the bottom of this window, then locate the folder and click the "->" arrow to add it the folder to the list on the right. Click Apply and all its executable files will be added to your safe files. Comodo will then ignore them.
