There have already been some posts about the issue, mostly in the sticky thread.

I own both DS1&2 (not the DLC) and get a message in the DS2 library "popup" that I receive the 80% Discount for the Definitive Edition of DS2 (see pic). Strange enough, the message only shows up when I make the account language German (my native one). Then, everything is fine except that there is no code. When switching to English, nothing shows up.

Tested with latest Firefox, IE, Chromium, Safari on Lin/Win/Mac.


If anyone has a solution or explanation for this, please let me now.

I tested this as you said, same thing for me. I only see the text in non-English languages, but none of them have any code...

I guess this just isn't important enough for GoG to comment on...

This is quite strange indeed, other languages seem to make the massage appear but the code is still missing, support doesn't seem to respond at all, I don't know what exactly is going on with that, still waiting for my discount code. :(
