Does anyone know why certain quest options are greyed out at points? Does that mean it is available in future? For example:

"...a certain well-placedpersonage is hiring freelancers"

I think the example is only available in some specific cities, or else it opens up when you reach a certain fame. Anyway, it will open up eventually.

Other options may be greyed out because you don't have enough virtue to call upon a saint.
