About my fifth battle in and I had just started a Dungeon. I find an Altar that says some cryptic message about if you want to confront a true horror sacrifce some flame. I, with my sceptic hat on, called thier bluff, thinking it must be a trick to keep me from treasure! How wrong I was, my party slipped through to another dimension where I faced an Eldritch Horror. I probably should have ran but I thought 'man, I bet this dude has some great treasure!'. I WAS afraid of losing my party, but I figured I should at least try.

The battle was pretty rough and ended with me losing my front liner with one battle under his belt. The three survivers were all Afflicted by the end, and my back, which is in pretty bad shape, was in pain from tensing up so much throughout the battle. It was one of those moments though were I was truly in fight or fligh mode and pretty exelerating. What a game. The treasure seemed good enough (though I expected something more)... some Eldritch thingy-ma do, but maybe I just dont understand the mechanics completely yet and its really good.
Beat my first boss. I might have waited too long as he felt a little easy. Going to try the next boss now and maybe a different level.

My favorite party so far is Plague Doctor>Bounty Hunter>Occultist>Frontliner... With my favorite frontliner probably being the Crusader.

I enjoy my Bounty Hunter a lot, and I feel like Im starting to do what I promised myself not to do, Im getting attached to my little pixel soldiers.
Finally beat the Sonorous Prophet. I tried him twice before realizing I needed to level up my guys and base a little and come back. Beat him with WitchDoctor>GraveRobber>Occultist>Berserker or whatever shes called. Much easier once I had some upgraded skills and weapons. Still, I was lucky to reach him quickly this time and come in completely healthy.

My two Favorite right now are the Grave Robber and Man at Arms. Some times I dont even equip the Man at Arms attackes, and just bring the buffs, protect, and riposte. Then I watch him riposte them to pieces when it works right. I have a hard time with finding a good rythm for the Arbalast and Musketeer, and I just got a Jester and still figuring him out. Next boss looks like the Old Hag. I need to hurry up and beat all the under level three bosses so I can level the rest of my team up to three.

Ive still only had one death, but Im also taking things very carefully with little rush. My motto is 'survive'. Ive had a couple of Virtious conditions, very cool.
