So, I guess the 1.3 patch makes it illegal for V to go to her apartment? Seriously, every time I try to go there, as soon as I'm within the boundaries of the building, I'm told that I've committed a crime, and the police start shooting me. Why is trying to go home a crime now?

I think you're the only one experiencing this... are you sure you don't get too close to the policemen that are there? They do react to that...

Well, to be fair, you HAVE to walk by them, to get to the elevator. Plus, I tried going through the upper level of the parking garage, and the police spawned in to shoot at me. I finally gave up trying to play my pre-patch save, deleted all my old saves and started over, and the problem is gone.
