Is there a way to disable/decrease the vignette effect that happens when you enter stealth? It's incredibly distracting.

Also, is it a bug or a feature I don't get that sometimes when crouching and then moving I suddenly stand up and run while other times I can push the joystick fully but still keep sneaking?
