I cannot select between PQHDR and SCRGB anymore. Just PQ is available and somehow i get really bad color banding not matter the bits per color. With SDR converted with auto HDR in Windows 11 the color banding is gone. But as expected, paperwight is too bright. I dont want to burn the UI in my OLED.
I upgraded from 2060 to 4080. 2060 still had both options. Now SCRGB is gone.
Any ideas?

Nice day y'all

disable frame generation, you have both HDR options. I've played with PQ HDR on my OLED for a while, didn't see any burn-in. Key is to give the screen time to refresh pixels.

So basically i have the choice between windows auto hdr which works fine without banding in Overdrive mode or SCRGB without overdrive mode because it is not playable without frame generation? That needs a bit of sould searching on my part i am afraid ^^

Thanks for the reply :)
Very much apreciated.
