I requested my refund on day 1 and I've still only got an automated response so far, just a heads up, CDPR says they reserve the right to deny refunds in specific cases, are they denying refunds on GOG to try and meet their financial quotas and what not?

Technically, if you have downloaded the game the refund is void (been that for a long time), and they would rather make you refund to the wallet. If you want to refund to your card then they're much less enthusiastic about it, and you risk waiting a couple of months, or so...

That isn't stated explicitly in their policies to my knowledge. They simply ask if wallet funds are acceptable.

I don't recall something to the effect of, "If you don't want wallet funds, we're punishing you and making you wait longer."

No, but actions speaks more than words... if you look around you'll see that not only are they seriously slow (and most likely understaffed), but also in several case where people say they rather want money back into cards it have taken longer.

Not saying it's directly deliberately, but they are prioritizing all the tickets, and that means wallet vs card too, and they do ask it for obvious reasons :)

This time it's kinda different if you account for them knowing they were releasing a broken and censored game.

This game really feels soulless.

Since they're not he same company, I don't know, but the at least the CEOs @CDPR most definitely knew and still lied, yes, and they drove the hype-train, not the fans.

I hate to write it but the more I play the more I see how empty it is behind the glossy exterior...
