This whole sentence means nothing. You haven't mentioned any single issue you are experiencing, nor your current configuration. Did somebody give you five seconds only to write this post? Geez

Please, if you really want some support, elaborate that stuff into something less cryptic.

Cheers

That's not cryptic it's the message that was given when updating sloberJank 2077 times, Turns out Galaxy is not mature enough to fix problems with listed items installed simply, deleting Galaxy and reinstalling fixed the issue.

Changing temp directory worked for some people, but Galaxy continued to give error "E1" which was one of the suggestions in help in regard to update failure

Disabling Antivirus was the other

Redownloading the game was also a suggested fix.

E1 is the issue there was nothing cryptic it's their error message.

As I followed all of the suggested fixes and none worked, this leads me to Galaxy being the culprit I was right, as other's have had similar issues with other games on galaxy and all their suggestions didn't work for them either, Galaxy is not fleshed out enough there's an Overlay issue with some titles and drivers Aswell.
Even when you try to explain your original post, which in my opinion did merit a clearer message, your writing still comes across as hastily written and/or confused about what you want help with.

Seeing as you hail from Australia, I'm gonna assume English is your native language, thus I suggest you take more time writing your posts, re-read them before sending them and (if possible) make somebody else read them to see if they understand. If English isn't your first language, then I advice you take a course on punctuation; this is where I feel your writing really falters.

Additionally, try to be more verbose... it is impossible to know, from your original post, that what you wrote is an error message, where it came from, how could it be reproduced and so on. Not everything is a WhatsApp conversation... here you can elaborate more without risking the readers getting bored.

Bye.

Never had a single issue with Galaxy on five different machines, but I understand sometimes people are unlucky and experience nasty bugs.

The only time I had trouble installing a game through Galaxy, it was my CPU's fault. Turned out I lost the silicon lottery and I had to pump a little more voltage into the CPU to make it perfectly stable. While the OS was not crashing, some processes are really prone to crash due to instability.

Maybe you are in the same boat as I was.

Do you have an unlocked processor?

Ditto on this one.

I have been playing around with my i9 10900K and Intel XTU, and while the CPU passed consecutive Cinebench R20 runs @ 5,00 GHz all-core 1.225 Volt, it turned out it was not stable (random system restarts) when doing various instruction set workloads simultaneously (i.e. my kind of multitasking).

Upping the Voltage to 1.235 Volt solved it for me.

Give me a schematic and a broken device I can fix it, Give me a broken device I can most of the time fix it, Tell me to write in the standard way it does not stay with me punctuation also, some people are unable to write out what they've read and write it in the reverse order it was originally written, we're not all wired the same, people high jacking and turning it into a you're the problem because you missed a coma or maybe it's a random thing associated with your star sign what ?.
No need to get defensive, I'm merely trying to help you get your point across. Yes, I concur, people have writing styles... but you don't come to GOG forums to write novels or essays. You mostly come here to get technical support, which you did this time.

Doing technical support is, contrary to popular belief, a complex undertaking. It isn't straightforward or trivial, and unfortunately, requires above average communication skills. The biggest enemy when doing tech support is ambiguity of meaning and, here my friend, you're royally fucked... most of your text can be red as gibberish and rambling.

Punctuation (not a "missed comma") will get you away from ambiguity massively. What you do with my advice is up to you, but like you said; ordered in reverse text confusing is and with me agreed you are.

Cheers.
