Someone had bought the game for me from GOG but unfortunately it went to there account because they could not gift (gog does not allow you to gift if you have not purchased a minimum amount from them all ready) it to me as they had never purchased from gog.

reading some where that you can send the game to yourself and give the game code to a friend decided to do that, No code!!!!

does the person have to gift there own email then give me the code or is it that the code will be released when the game is out in November?

I just made another fresh account to validate this claim and it's not true, you can gift a game even if you have not bought anything from GOG beforehand. At checkout there is an option, it's beneath the payment methods. "GIFT THIS ORDER"
