Likely console issues for the reason of having underwear on outside of the inventory. I found it strange you couldn't zoom in the camera at all while making your character, and very strange my character was showering in underwear. I'd actually bet a whole lot that it was originally in the game, but had to be removed for consoles and ratings boards (which aren't needed on PC). Zooming in on genitalia was probably a "problem" for them.

I wish CDPR would just not tone down and censor a game on PC because of console issues. It's okay to have different versions, and if console users want an uncensored experience no one is stopping them from coming over to GOG and buying the game here.

If it is for console reasons it's literally the reason why Watch_dogs went down as such a universally hated game all over again but with r18, this coming from one of the few who enjoyed watch_dogs I get why people hated it aside from the writing... luckily 2 improved one the writing of 1 at least.

Also that would be a weird play for CDPR as with all their other games it was build a good PC game then see about making it work on console maybe.
