There is suddenly no visible damage on enemies. Nothing but a splat of blood. (not using weapon or optical mods)
EDIT: Did a update/verification, and turned the HDD mode always ON instead of Auto, and now it's back to normal, or at least enemies have it, but not crowd.

Mutilations are important, especially in a M-rated game.
