I am getting very low radio volume whether I'm in a vehicle or out in the world, it's barely noticeable. TV shows and ads have no audio or at least not that I can discern or hear.

I also randomly lose the sounds of my footsteps. They will just disappear and the only way I can get them back is to exit the game and reload.

Random NPC encounters voices other than during the main dialogues are really low as well. Really sucks because it's really annoying and pulling me out of the immersion and atmosphere.

Anyone else experiencing this?
