first, sorry for my english when you dont understand exactly what i want/mean.

My question is, can i use Phantom Liberty on a currently running game/progress, i solved the vodoo Boys Mission and now i try to solve the secondary missions after that, it is possible to buy and install PL and use it in my current game or must i start a new game, because i am already by 74h of gameplay, solved all psychos and blue missions (Dino, Padre and so)?

Yes it should be fine, this is what I did and I haven't noticed any issues.
