There is an 250Mb update needed to be able to launch the game !

How big is your install on GOG? Because I just did check for update and nothing, but then I did "scan and fix" and i's downloading another 24Gigs.... check the screenshot. The game is now 88GB

It may differ depending on what language you are using, I think.

Mine is 65 gig, but I scanned and fixed several times.
