In the Epistrophy Northside questline - I find the cab, I drive behind it, and after it crashes there's teh marker "Wait for call from Delamain". I get the call, but wheter I don't press anything or press "T" (to anwser the phone - nothing happens. Delamain hangs up. And that's it.

The cab stays there. If I call Delamain he doesn't answer. Scanning or shooting the cab does nothing. And it's stuck there - the cab at the trash heap, and the quest at "Wait for Delamain to call".

What now? How do I budge this quest?

So, hah! Even better now - I decided "nevermind, just gonna go do some other quests maybe return when it gets fixed". I drive into another territoory - get a call from Delamain (probably wanted to tell me about some other cab in the vicinity. BUT I WOULDN"T KNOW CAUSE I CAN\T ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!

i found to be true also. I left the quest and It started working some time later. I've done this with a few quest related issues. Sometimes so many things happen at once (phone calls, location notices, items still spamming, etc) I think it takes a minute or like 10 for the scripts to catch up.

Yes this is happening for me too, I can confirm that all the Epistrophy quests are showing the normal portraits for a phone call, but the UI will not allow you to answer the phone.

Hi guys, in this case what I did is to go from previous save before I reached Delamain HQ. From this point onward you should not LOAD a game until after you finish the WHOLE quest. And by that I mean to also find those 7 cars in a row. There are 2 things though to keep in mind though and the first one is a minor spoiler, but nothing that you should fear it will break anything:

1st: There is a fighting involved in one occasion, which means that you can die and thus forcing you to load a game. Now I am not sure if that is the case to break the script of this quest, but I recommend to be alive the whole quest.

2nd: Once you are able to finish the quest, I fear that this is not over and you will have to now wait for, I think 2 days, to receive yet another call from Delamain to trigger "Don't Lose your mind" Side Quest. Scary thin here is that if you can able to trigger this quest, then you should probably complete it as well with no loading of a game. Which brings us to a point that you should be not loading the game for these 2 quests altogether.

Not confirmed and for me worked that first quest only and now I am stuck with second quest as I had a call after some time from Delamain and I am unable to hear a conversation from Delamain to proceed with that second quest.
