Hello.

I recently bought "Cyberpunk 2077"+"Phantom Liberty" here on GOG. I downloaded the offline installation files (version 2.02) via "GOG Galaxy" as a backup. I have a few questions about this:

- Is the free DLC (which is displayed in GOG Galaxy) included and unlocked in the offline installation files?

- I wanted to download my digital goodies and logged in to https://www.cyberpunk.net/de/myrewards with my GOG account and immediately afterwards GOG Galaxy started scanning my Cyberpunk 2077 installation folder and downloaded 22 GB. But that can't have been the few clothing items and weapons (goodies)? Does anyone know what GOG Galaxy could have downloaded there? The data that was downloaded (the 22 GB) is mainly in the installation folder under "Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\ep1" (27 files).

- I now have the goodies in V's apartment (clothes, weapons, the cuddly toy on the couch). Can't I somehow download this as offline installation files so that I can install it later without the Internet if I only install from the offline installation files (that was once the point of GOG)?

Best wishes!
Greetings!

First off, don't use GoG Galaxy. There is literally zero reason to use it. Just download the game, install it, and run it locally.

As to your actual issue...which "goodies" are you referring to exactly? If it's the Black Unicorn katana etc., just install the console (3rd party mod), and I can get you the codes for (almost) whatever you want in the game.

There are no separate downloads / installations for Cyberpunk 2077 DLCs, like weapons, clothing etc. All that is injected into the game through the Galaxy client. But CET is much simpler and offers much more than the client can do.

The "ep1" folder content was likely the Phantom Liberty expansion and / or a patch for that.

EDIT:
Typo.

Thanks for the answer.

I play without Galaxy, I only started the game once via Galaxy to get the goodies.
Unfortunately I only know the German names of the goodies so I'll link the pictures:

And this (very important):

By "free DLC" I mean the following packages (I hope the names are correct):

Edgerunners content, Transmog customization, Additional side missions, New arcade mini-game, New melee weapons, New firearms, Photo mode update, Neon rims for motorcycles, V's new apartments, Budget Arms Guillotine, Change V's appearance, Johnny Silverhand photo mode, Muzzle brake, Darra Polytechnic Umbra, Scopes, Alternate appearance for Johnny Silverhand, V's new jackets, Archer Quartz "Bandit".

I am also very surprised about the EP1 folder as I had installed the current version (2.02) of both games via the offline installation files.
Got it. Those are the Wolf School jacket and T-shirt, GoG Galaxy T-shirt, Black Unicorn katana, and a Witcher jacket (the last one is apparently Phantom Liberty exclusive).

There is also a Witcher sword, a GWENT T-shirt, and a special pistol (supposedly requires Phantom Liberty and Witcher card game). I got codes for all of that.

All the things the game calls DLCs are really not DLCs at all (at least not in my opinion) - all that are just things included in the patches, starting at 1.5. There are no separate, small installation files for any of this.

As for the most important part, it's listed here.
https://cyberpunk.fandom.com/wiki/V%27s_Apartment/Memorabilia

I don't think I have that one, but I see I have the code for it, so I can test it.

EDIT:
Can confirm the Arasaka plushie code works.

Hello, sorry for the late reply.

So this "Free DLC" is more of a "feature, new content" that was gradually added with the patches?! Thank you for the information, then it's all included in version 2.02 of the offline installation files.

And thanks also for testing with the code. Where do I enter this code? In the modification you linked earlier? Have you the other codes for me, please (i have Cyberpunk 2077 + Add-on on my Account).

Thank you very much for your effort and for answering me!

Edit: I can't do anything with the code at the moment because I don't know where to enter it (I have read the description of the modification).

The code is inserted into the CET (CyberEngineTweaks) console I linked to above.

If you installed the right version of the mod for your game version (seems to be version 1.28.1 if you're on game version 2.02), you should get a popup at first game startup telling you to assign a hotkey to the console.
https://wiki.redmodding.org/cyber-engine-tweaks/console/usage

I recommend running the game locally, and not through GoG Galaxy. The client can sometimes disable or break mods.

There are tons of codes, you just tell me what you want (weapons, vehicles, money, clothes etc.), and I'll see if I got a code for it. There aren't codes for everything though. And I can't get the code for the monster truck to work anymore. But I do have working codes for the Amazon Prime and Twitch exclusive content.

And yeah, the "DLCs" are just features included in the patches, so if you're on patch 2.02, you got all of it - apartments, weapons, vehicles etc. You obtain some of it later on though (like the "Bandit" vehicle), through quests. And you buy the apartments from your main apartment PC, and the "EZEstates" website.

Many thanks for your help.

I'm generally interested in the codes for the goodies you can get (for example, if you start the game via Galaxy - the items I linked to above) and those you can get from other things (such as the items you get when you play the Witcher card game Gwent). But I'm also interested in the codes for the Amazon Prime and Twitch exclusive goodies.

As you said, I will only start Cyberpunk 2077 locally without Galaxy in the future. I've had Galaxy want to download several GB again for no apparent reason several times now.

Do you know where I can find the "EZEstates" website? So far I only have this first apartment of V (I'm still at the very beginning) and I can't find the "EZEstates" website on the computer terminal there.

Do you happen to know a good modification to generally turn off this "neon sign" (description texts, interface)? It gives me a headache pretty quickly as this glowing effect is very unpleasant.

Best regards!
It's been awhile since I was at the beginning of the game (like, literally - I didn't start a new game when 2.0 was released, but just continued mid-way on my current playthrough), but you need to at least get to Act 2 before you can purchase other apartments.

Don't know exactly where you are in the game, but you need to finish the hotel heist with Jackie first. Shortly after that, there should be a popup saying you can now purchase new apartments and change the look of your main apartment.

NOTE:
if you want to max out your apartment collectibles, remember to get the iguana egg once you get to the Konpeki Plaza penthouse. When you get there with Jackie, hold to the left. The egg is very easy to miss.

I assume you have a working console now, so here's the Amazon Prime exclusives (some of these haven't even been added to the Prime Gaming site yet):

Note that items and loot scales with your level now, so even weapons and clothing obtained this way will have to be upgraded. There are no "maxed out at level 1" gear now, not that I know of.

Wolf School jacket and T-shirt:

Don't bother with the Galaxy T-shirt. Wolf School is much better looking.

Witcher sword and Gwent pistol:

I don't want to ruin everything for you, so which do you prefer? Bikes or cars?
You'd want to change up that Archer Hella EC-D base car immediately...unless you enjoy driving slowly, of course. ^^

EDIT:
Codes removed. Wouldn't want to let everyone get everything for free. ;)

Thank you for the tips about the apartments. I'm currently still in Act 1 - that explains why I don't have the "EZEstates" website yet.

I'm still in Act 1 as I'm more concerned with tinkering with the graphics as everything is kind of blurry and the font has this glow effect (which gives me a headache after a while). As I said, the general font in Cyberpunk 2077 has this glowing effect and often looks as if the "Chromatic Aberration" effect is superimposed on it ("Chromatic Aberration" I have deactivated in the game settings). I am currently looking for a good solution for this, maybe there is a modification that can solve this problem with the font (in general, GUI)?

And thank you very much for all the codes, I will gladly take them. I don't want to get an advantage in the game (if that's what it looks like), I just think it's a shame that GOG doesn't offer it offline (which you can only get via galaxy).

I like cars and motorcycles. But at the moment I prefer cars (I fall off my motorcycle so easily).
Didn't look like you wanted to get an advantage, just curious how you wanted to play the game.
I got no problem with cheating - or "game tweaks" as I like to call it - in single player games, but the game should at least be completed once before applying direct cheat codes.

And I agree, "requirements" like Amazon Prime, Twitch, GoG Galaxy and even owning other games to get certain content (and needing to use a game client to apply the exclusive codes) is just utter bullshit.

DropA: I like cars and motorcycles. But at the moment I prefer cars (I fall off my motorcycle so easily).
In that case, I think you'll enjoy this one (my favourite car in the game):
Game.GetVehicleSystem():EnablePlayerVehicle("Vehicle.v_sport2_mizutani_shion_nomad_02_player", true, false)

You can select which vehicle to call from a menu by holding V until the menu appears. Pressing V calls on the vehicle currently selected. When inside the car, briefly hold V to cycle lights.

Also, when you get some bikes, you can active the rim neon glow by tapping V.

As for your settings, just disable EVERYTHING under Basic in the graphics settings.
Film Grain, Chromatic Aberration, Depth of Field, Lens Flare and motion. Set ALL of it to off. That's basically a requirement for a good experience.

I don't know your hardware, but I play with DLSS, Resolution Scaling and Ray Tracing all set to off.
Playing at 7680x1440 or 2560x1440, custom High settings with reduced shadows.

Hi, and sorry again for the late reply. I'm not on PC that often at the moment.

I'm currently playing Cyberpunk 2077 vanilla as well, I'm currently only using the modification you linked and a modification to remove the glow effect from the font.

I'm glad that there's a way to get the goodies without all these requirements. I really like the modification you mentioned so far - but I haven't used all the codes at once. First of all, only the goodies I would have gotten with my version.

Thanks also for the code for the car, I tried that in a test-savegame and it looks pretty great.

I play on 1920x1080 at 60Hz - I'm glad that Cyberpunk 2077 runs smoothly below that. In the beginning I had a lot of problems with tearing in the screen or with mouse-lag as soon as I activated Vsync in the game, but that's fixed now.

Best regards!
If this is your first time with Cyberpunk 2077, there are also lots of collectible weapons for your apartment wall (in the separate weapons room). But you will get most of those (all if you accept and properly complete all of the various side quests) as the game progresses.

There are also a new apartment collectible with patch 2.0 (or later), which can be obtained by reaching the high score in an arcade game called Trauma Drama. I think it can be obtained fairly early on, I was about halfway into the game when patch 2.0 was released.

There should be some of those arcade machines in Little China, which is accessible during Act 1.
Hello and sorry for the late reply again. it started snowing here a few days ago and it's getting very cold in my apartment, so I'm rarely at my pc (unfortunately the apartment here is very badly insulated).

Yes, this is my first playthrough of cyberpunk 2077. I'm still unsure about my character's skills - the whole skill system is very confusing at the beginning.

With patch 2.1 a lot of new things have been added. i'm still downloading the patch because i live in a village and the internet connection here is quite slow.

I'm curious to see what the new update will bring.

DropA: It started snowing here a few days ago and it's getting very cold in my apartment, so I'm rarely at my pc (unfortunately the apartment here is very badly insulated).
I know that feeling - my house is decently insulated, but while we got the cold, we don't have much of the naturally insulating snow yet. Been around a constant -25°C outside for over a week now, and it feels like it in the mornings. :|

...Which is exactly why I spend most of my time in front of my PC! Doing some Cyberpunk 2077 sessions, getting that RTX 3080 going...using my 4000 EUR (as of 2020) desktop PC as a glorified feet heater. ^^

I downloaded the 2.1 install yesterday, but haven't installed it yet. Both my Cyberpunk 2077 installs are both fairly modded (1.6 and 2.0), so figured I'd do a 3rd install, and clean install, of the game to test the 2.1 version.

Changes look interesting. Almost funny how many new features that are now getting officially impletemented into the game after having been a mod for a long time (vehicle combat, Metro-system etc.).

And if this is your first playthrough...if you have completed the initial hotel heist mission, did you get the iguana egg for for apartment?

The temperatures in Norway are certainly something completely different to here in Germany. Norway sounds interesting, would like to travel there ... maybe one day.

I still had my old PC until October 2023 - I bought it in 2011 (so it was a bit older but always ran great). Then, unfortunately, it finally broke and I recently got a new PC - that's why I didn't read up on the game when Cyberpunk 2077 was released - because I wouldn't have been able to play it back then.

I haven't started a real game in Cyberpunk 2077 yet, so far only with a TEST character. I was still unsure because the skill system was a bit overwhelming for me. Now I wanted to start a real playthrough, but then patch 2.1 was announced and since it changes a lot, I wanted to wait until I had installed it.

But that always takes me a lot of time .... I've been downloading the patch for almost 2 days now (and it still takes a while until it's finished downloading). I live in a village where there is currently no fast internet available. The game Cyberpunk 2077 was the biggest game I have ever downloaded from the internet.

I don't have the iguana-egg yet, but I had already made a note that I wouldn't forget the egg or the handgun lying there in this mission.
