I run on a 1440p monitor so I'm used to upping the text size in just about everything. The size of subtitles for dialog in quest conversations and the interface for V's responses are all fine but the subs floating over the heads of incidental dialog are just too small for my taste and I haven't seen an option to scale it up.

Is that just the way it is?

Text scaling is in the sound options - second last option. Haven't used it yet though. 1080p is just fine.
