How long as it taken you guys to get a refund? I received an automated email on the evening of Dec 12 asking for conversion to GOG wallet funds. I said no in the email. Nothing happens. Send another ticket and get another automated email on Dec 17. Reply to said email and nothing happens. Pretty close to issuing a chargeback.
