At the end of quest "Double Life", in Judy's appartment, door to the room with Evelyn is sometimes closed. The first time I encountered it, it was immediately after getting to the appartment, and Judy was clipping though the closed door to the room. After reloading a save in the previous location - after getting to the appartment the door was open. However, it was closed again after the two BDs, so I could not get the two dialogues with Silverhand I assume that were behind this door.
