I'm on Patch 1.05.

I've found the Van but it was destroyed with a turret when I was exiting the tunnel. The mission consequently failed, but is still visible in my Journal saying "Get to the van".

There is no quest marker and the van didn't respawn, so the state of this gig seems to be corrupted.

I found similar comments on a Youtube video which suggests that this exists happens globally.
