When this first happened, it was just a flicker during the start of my new game. Some areas there would be this black strobing, but you could still see UI elements. When I get to Kompeki and Jackie gets scanned, the whole screen had this transparent red overlay. I found if I used my scanner and then released, there would be a second of normal visuals and then the red would come back. But that was just the lobby. I'm now at the point of trying to escape the Hotel and it's a flat black covering everything but UI stuff. If I use my scanner, I can see fine and like the read, there is a second after where everything looks good and then the black comes. Here are some screenshots to show what I mean. Anyone have an idea of what's going on?
