The Mirror, Closet and stash prevent me from using that bed. Most importantly stops me from laying with Panam.

Are you playing as male V, and have you successfully romanced Panam? If not, then the Aldecaldo apartment will not be available.

There was a new..."feature" introduced in the 1.5 patch, where the 4 quest apartments are only available if you have romanced the owner.

Yes, I romanced Panam but I still can't rest on the bed.
