I've seem the minimum specs, and the recommended ones.

I don't have access to my gaming desktop during Univiersity which is 8-9 months out of the year for me...my question is can My surface book run this?

My thought is "yes" it *should* run them....but would it run at a decent resolution? this game really looks fun

It runs perfectly on my Intel G3900T micro PC. So... should work for you as well.
