I thought I noticed some weird parts in a replay I watched before, but after trying some of my own songs this time I know the replay is off.

It seemed fine through the level until I started to leave a room with a bat still alive, then started trying to dig one of those un-diggable rock like walls two or three times. After that I seemed drunk as I started dancing around enemies but not killing them, trying to dig through the shop walls, I even bought a whip that I did not buy in-game!

This was almost like an out of body experience or something, I started thinking, "Wait, when did I do that?" It's kinda funny, but would suck if I got a good run and wanted to show someone.

Anyway, I just wondered if anyone else has seen this, or if it's a known issue with custom music or something, thanks.

This is actually a known issue with replays in general, not specific to custom music.
Alright then, I thought I had noticed it the first couple times I played, but it never went so far off as this before. I assume the replay is actually playing the game again and trying to copy your button presses or something? It's very surreal, like an alternate dimension of what could have been! *insert theremin sounds here*

The flight recorder in X-Wing use to do the same thing at times.
Haha it is a bit surreal!
Years later, same bug :D

I don't mind anyway about replay... I remember that Starcraft did the same many years ago :D
