In a Let's play from Totalbiscuit he mentioned that some people turn their monitor to really play this game vertical. I tried it and turned on vertical in the settings. After that I turned my monitor and it is hard to describe how much better this game felt. Don't get me wrong - even in Widescreen it is fun but this way you really feel like in an arcade. If your monitor is not too heavy or you can turn it without any problems you should really try it.

You can also fairly easily get monitors that support being turned 90° these days (as they are also used for work places, because reading documents is also easier like that).

Turning a monitor that doesn't really support it is kind of dangerous, might fall down and break.
