i went to get on my game today from my computer . it loads but the screen is complete white . you can hear the music but that is all . i uninstalled and re installed the game but this did not work ... please help

Nope, you need to click on big red button - "Download" to download this file - directx_Jun2010_redist.exe.

triock is right, just download it by clicking on the red download button.
Then run the file and extract the content to a separate folder. Within you'll find the file dxsetup.exe to start the installation.

I installed and nothing changed .. creatures 2 works but not creatures 1 ;[
it was working fine 5 days ago and then just decided to not work anymore .

nevermind i figured it out ... i just went backup properties and restored the game to a couple days ago when it worked . .. thank you both for the help <3
