Did not work for me either. This is really unacceptable, GoG needs to get such things fixed before selling games that won't work.

I know that old games are somewhat difficult to optimize for newer OS, but it is one of the main features of GoG. I am really pissed off about this.

First Time Poster long time downloader of GOG.. lol

I had the same problem with my computer as i downloaded the game today.
Found no solution... But i bumped into a litte strange resolve.

I hooked up my computer to my TV and ran the TV as main screen.
Then i set the resolution to 1024 x 748 or what its called. And it worked!

My TV is a HD ready 1900 x 1280 Samsung.
Now i can play without issues :)

Okay, I'm having this problem too. I figured out what is causing it, but not how to fix it. What was happening for me is that my mouse is operating behind the game, and I can't figure out how to get it to work in the game itself.

So far i have isolated that this is a mouse\resolution problem. The mouse appears but does not move, the game is essentially frozen in frame. However on my laptop if i disable and re-enable my touchpad i get around 5 seconds of movement that i can do before it decides to freeze again.

GoG really need to look into this and fix it. GSC studio is not developing anymore but i think GoG really should request the source code so they themselves can fix the game for older games that are not supported anymore by the developers.

Is there any solution to this yet? I am having the same issue and none of the proposed solutions work for me.

same problem here works on my brothers laptop which has an integrated ati card but not on my desktop which has an Intel

Same problem here - I'm on Windows 7 64 bit with intel. First no videos on Nox now this, bad week for gaming :(

I just got a new amd 6670 graphics card and it works perfectly so i think it is a problem with the integrated intels

So... I've trawled the internet for a while now and there's still no solution to this problem!

Is there no definitive answer?
