I'm doing this using the offline version on a Windows 10 laptop with the new Windows 11 taskbar stuff. The game was default at 58 fps on NVIDIA and I tried going down to 50 and then to 40 and neither fixed the fast scroll when boarding.

30 was too slow but 40 was perfect, added 90s heft to the map but it still didn't fix the fast scrolling boarding issue. Is there a way that it can be fixed with this new laptop in mind?

I also tried putting the game on Low Latency mode which also did nothing.

I urgently need help with this. It's the reason I have the game to begin with. I will accept any advice you have.
