Guys please, how I can change resolution in game? I have still 640x480 and its terrible. No resolution options in game, no setup.exe or something... Any ide please? I am desperate.

You're right, you cannot change the game resolution. Try to reinstall the game.
Your issue could also be related to your OS version or graphic adapter.
The game is OK on my PC. It's runs Windows 7 x64 with an old AMD Radeon HD 5750 at 1920x1080 and the DX9 runtimes (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109)
